Our 5 day stay in this wonderful hotel was next to none, and I have seen and booked a lot in the past 30 years.
Their private spa, cute breakfast room, excellent room dimension and hygiene are just a few 5* experiences even the biggest brands may offer.
But the really kind, helpful and pleasant small staff made this stand out above Hotels 1-2 categories higher!
No matter if you need tickets for the sold out Louvré, a bottle of French Champaign (5min) at 4am or want a late checkout (30sec total time to agree), this place knows what hospitality is really about - or should be. Many big brands have long forgotten about that.
If you get the chance to stay here, don't miss it.

This is a hidden gem. Sumptuous decor, wonderful breakfast, perfect location. But the best part was the delightful and sensitive staff who made everything special. We will definitely return here.

The ONLY positive was the friendly staff. Also, was able to cancel 4 night stay after suffering through first and only night there.
EXTREMELY overpriced ($840 USD for 1 night!!!) definitely not a 4 star stay. Rooms were small with febreeze smell so strong it gave me a migraine that Motrin could not relieve. My eyes burned from the odors. Was originally booked for 4 nights, stayed 1 reluctantly because it was too late at night. Left 1st thing in the morning. During the 1 night, the elevator broke down, holes in comforter that I was told were normal, was charged extra for balcony which was interior and smelled of cleaning supplies, staircase had putrid stench, no cocktail lounge - be ready to serve yourself from a small selection of old liquor that are half opened and who knows how old, water with stuff floating in it, no room for clothing or functioning, buyer beware!

Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Room was beautiful, and the bottle of champagne upon arrival a nice and unexpected surprise. Location was great for exploring shops, restaurants, etc. Very quiet room, never heard distracting sounds at night.
Breakfast was buffet style with a wide selection of options though the scrambled eggs were soupy. But in all a good breakfast.

amenities available when booked through booking.com.
I did not realize the spa experience was included with my room selection and therefore did not bring a bathing suit. However, there was no time for a spa experience when there was so much to discover and enjoy in Paris
