The room was dated. The air conditioner was not very cool and when running it emitted a cigarette smoke smell. There was no refrigerator in the room.

They leave the front main entrance open all night- we had homelessness people in reception when the staff had gone home

Room was ok and basic. Nothing more needed. As expected from the reviews.
Shower was not in the best shape. Invoice was not provided at the place and promised to be sent via email. Nothing arrived also after more than a week and more requests. For a professional stay, I cannot recommend.

I had booked a double room and was charged for one. I landed at 10pm and was told there was only a twin room available! When I said I had confirmed a double room, I was told I could leave and find another hotel! They also said most hotels were fully booked. My partner and I were supposed to have a romantic night away in Paris but had no choice but to stay in the twin room. The beds, separated at night. The room was definitely not the one shown in the picture! The corridors and room smelt of cheap sprays. Terrible service.
All of the above. The person at the front desk and the manager who was on the phone kept telling us to leave and find another hotel if we were not happy! This was at 10pm at night!

Easy and quick check-in process, near to Crimee metro station, I liked the bed mattress
The room was very small. The bathroom was split, with the bathtub and sink on one side of the room, while the toilet was on the other side, which I have never seen and you have to cross the room to move from to. finally the rooms seems not to be soundproof

The hotel was very close to CENTQUATRE, which is why we chose it. It was easy to get in and out, and pretty quiet at night. We were right around the corner from a grocery store, boulangerie, and a metro stop.
Wish there was a “don’t disturb” card, just because we don’t need our rooms straightened every day. Also would request some hooks near the door for coats and bags (not a flaw, just wish more places had them).

We got a double bed but we booked a twin bed room. So dirty. Neighborhood was very good, only reason to sleep there.
Dirty, receptionist don’t speak English. Door is open the whole night, no security. No elevator at night, electricity is not working.

Filthy corridors, filthy bathroom with towels only for one person. At least it had hot water. No working internet for the whole first day and without a card to enter the room till midnight on first day.
