Everything was perfect.
Great location, metro line only 2min by foot.
Nice breakfast and free coffee during whole day.
If you need something extra (glass, forks) for your room just ask on the reception.
You can ask for cleaning every day if you want.
Definitely we recommend hotel Piapia:)

Deluxe room was spacious but didnt feel deluxe.
The design is nice and welcoming but some things are just not convenient: water pressure in the shower was low, one could not fix the shower head while showering (had to hold it in the hand) and the desk was too small and had no proper chair, so working from there was not a real option. Breakfast was a complete disappointment due to lack of choices and also not great quality products (e.g. very hard bread). Staff and location were both just ok, not outstanding in any way. Overall its alright but the price of ~250 was way too high for what was offered.

The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean
The rooms were tiny with no place to store clothes. The washroom was also tiny to the point that I would knock off the toilet paper whenever I went to the bathroom especially in the middle of the night

The decor, the welcome and introduction from the receptionist. The 24/7 access to coffee. It was easy to get to on the Metro and then a quick trip to Gare de Lyon. It was perfect value for me.
Perhaps a little noisy. But the hotel is on a quiet street. The bed seemed a little old or slopey. These points were very minor.
