Hidden in a historic covered passageway , It had lots of character and perfect setting for a stay in Paris . It’s in an amazing location for getting about the city 3 minutes to a metro station and for example 20 minute walk to the Louve . It is small , clean and comfortable . Room is a good size and adequate for a city break lots of hanging and store space and is exactly as advertised . Rooms were made up everyday . No coffee in room but mini fridge with snacks , drinks and trust box available at reception . The reception was manned 24/7 everyone was helpful and polite as well as the hotel cat
Beware the lift is very small because it’s an old building . We didn’t go for breakfast in the hotel , it wasn’t as inviting as it’s surrounded by so many choices . Although other guests seemed pleased .

The location was fabulous, right near a metro stop and great restaurants and inside a covered shopping area. The room was large and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the decor, including Clarinette. Although it isn't a large hotel the reception desk is staffed 24/7, which meant that when another guest had his TV on way too loud pretty late at night Luisa got right on it, and when we left at 5:00 am there was someone to check us out (Clarinette said goodbye too). The room didn't include a hair dryer, but hotel staff lent us one that worked way better than your average hotel blow dryer. After our flight home was cancelled my daughter begged to stay another night vs. moving to an airport hotel, and they gave us a very reasonable rate for Paris on a Saturday night. Here's hoping we get to come back some day!
There were a few cracks and crumbles, but it was perfectly clean and comfortable.

I loved the character of this hotel with its old fashioned decor, like an individual home. We had twin beds and a bathtub as requested, no fuss. Check out and check in was easy. The location was fabulous at the end of the passage JOFFROY a very quiet location. It was a short bus ride from Gare du Nord and right in the center of Paris. It is walkable or just a short bus ride to the Louvre. Staff were all just great. Resident cat.

Lovely little character hotel, fantastic location at the end of a shopping aracade and close to cafes. The room wasn't huge but similar size to other Paris hotels. Comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful.
Room looked a little tired, could have done with a repaint.
