Wonderful
Location is extraordinary and this is the reason I stayed here and have wanted to stay here for years. It's so unique, the lobby is gorgeous, like going back in time, there are complimentary hot drinks making facilities in the corridor, the breakfast is wonderful, again in another beautiful room. Rooms quiet and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Loved it so much I drew a picture of it - will definitely be back some day I hope!
Slightly smoky smell in my non-smoking room but the place has been consistently a hotel since the Passage Jouffroy was built in 1846 (if I remember the year correctly) so I wasn't too bothered by that.

The hotel itself is in a stunning location, and the room was simply fabulous! I loved everything: the friendly staff, the comfortable bed, the atmosphere.

The location was fabulous! Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were good. Staff were nice. Value for money was amazing given the location.
You can hear everything in the neighbouring rooms! Walls are thin. But the area is very quiet at night.

Hidden in a historic covered passageway , It had lots of character and perfect setting for a stay in Paris . It’s in an amazing location for getting about the city 3 minutes to a metro station and for example 20 minute walk to the Louve . It is small , clean and comfortable . Room is a good size and adequate for a city break lots of hanging and store space and is exactly as advertised . Rooms were made up everyday . No coffee in room but mini fridge with snacks , drinks and trust box available at reception . The reception was manned 24/7 everyone was helpful and polite as well as the hotel cat
Beware the lift is very small because it’s an old building . We didn’t go for breakfast in the hotel , it wasn’t as inviting as it’s surrounded by so many choices . Although other guests seemed pleased .
