Amazing hotel. We stayed as our connecting plane was cancelled. We were unexpectedly in Paris for 2 nights a longhaul flight from Australia. We were looked after incredibly well. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms immaculate and the staff beyond kind, friendly and helpful. We left feeling refreshed and looked after. We cannot wait to plan a visit to Paris and return to Hotel Elysia

The staff were very kind, and you can always find someone who speaks Arabic. The hospitality service and location were wonderful and truly enhanced the overall experience.
Thankfully, my room was equipped with a bidet, which made the stay more comfortable.
The nighttime noise significantly affected my ability to sleep, as the room lacked proper soundproofing. I hope this can be improved to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.

our favourite place in Paris we stayed! The service in this hotel is unbelievable from the moment you walk in those doors, this was a HUGE plus for us and made the stay even better! Location was amazing and central and rooms beautiful! Loved the windows opening to the Parisian streets!

The staff were so friendly when checking in, they went above and beyond, it was very comforting knowing that all staff were beyond helpful.
The in room dining could’ve been fresh - the potatoes were a little soggy.
