Staff- Cleaning- near to the market & metro station
First night, we stayed no1 room- it was cold and no sunshine and we did not like it and requested to change room to hotel personel. She solved our problems easly and changed our room eith another room 4rd floor for next day.

The location was a walking distance from cafes, super markets, restaurants and tourist attractions. Access into the hotel was easy at all times of the day. The breakfast was decent and gave a reasonable set of options to choose. Coffee, clean drinking water and snacks was available at no extra cost through out the day.
I wouldn't have minded more options for breakfast.

The terrace has some fun games, the staff is friendly and responsive. The air conditioning and bed were comfortable....during high summer perhaps not.
Breakfast was low quality and full of flies and 13 Euro pp. The room was noisy, small and full of light pollution. The location is about 40 minutes by subway from the center and the price is high given the neighborhood. Many things were broken and the entire hotel is musty which is then covered up with abundant air fresheners. Coffee in the break area was free but undrinkable.

Chocolate cake and espresso in the lobby. Value priced for a place like Paris. Easy to leave luggage and collect it later. Good in and out bed for a traveler on the go.
Typical tiny room, but comfortable nevertheless. Didn't have the breakfast, so cannot report on that.

Pleasantly designed, budget conscious "style hotel" conveniently located near the Gare St. Lazare. The staff member who assisted me with check-out, including wake-up call and taxi booking, was outstanding.
There was an electrical fault that caused the power to go out twice in two days. While corrected within a few minutes, it was slightly disruptive.

The size was cool for a single traveler. It was small but again, single traveler. The bed was comfy.
You could hear everything on the floor. If someone walked down the stairs, it was like they were in the room. There was a dog or cat in the alley near the hotel, and it sounded like it was right outside my window. There was no view, it was just a wall, but whatever since I was only there for a night.

Staff who greeted me and 90% of staff were so welcoming a d accommodating to my particular needs. The room was particularly tasteful and comfortable.
I wasn't totally aware of what was available, like breakfast on site and lovely local restaurants library etc

Friendly staff, the place is in middle of Paris, everything is in near. The room is small,but cute and nice.
You can drink coffee free at the reception and also drink water. Really lovely hotel overall. WiFi is strong and working.
At the water machine , the used cups are with the clean cups , so be careful to not drink after someone else :)

The staff are very nice, friendly, and super helpful with the information. They offer a free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out which I like it very much. The location is good. It's near bus stops and several metro stations. The room is spotlessly clean.
