I had booked and paid for hotel de castiligione as it was close to where i had business meeting, as i have mobilty issues.when i arrived,they told me they transferred me to hotel brighton,where i did not get sleep as all young people in rooms alongside me and there was slamming doors with shouting and loud music,i spoke to man on night reception ,who asked the offending guests to stop making noise,but they made noise worse,i spoke to the man on reception at 6.30am with all this noise continuing to worsen,he said he could not do anything,and offered no alternative solution.
Not satisfactory,for a 4 star hotel and disppointing for a beautiful building that has a lot of historical significance.
