Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great water pressure in shower.
The room service menu was very limited in selections and didn’t have a good variety. Food could be better. I ended up getting sick and needed room service so room service became a part of my overall experience.

I love this hotel so much. Great location, beautiful room, and superb hospitality. I love their attention to details. Got champagne, and cute souvenirs for my family. Definitely will stay again at this hotel if i come to Paris.

The hotel is in the best location and the staff is absolutely amazing. The breakfast is also fantastic.
Interior could use a refresh but the staff, location and size of the rooms makes up for it.

Rooms are small but the bathroom/shower was larger than most I've seen in France.Luxury bed,linens,towels.Quiet. Charming area with many peaceful restaurants nearby.Breakfast was adequate but I wish there were more items (nut butters,baked beans perhaps)for us vegetarians. The hotel is abundantly staffed.Never a wait for anything. Great small little bar.Reception staff helpful and cheerful.

The staff at the hotel are amazing. They truly want you to experience Paris in the best ways possible. Jeanne at the front desk is nothing short of lovely and the conceirge is beyond happy to help with anything you need.
I thought the bed was hard. Not firm, hard. Beds a re a personal thing…. Even with that, I would go back again!

Very chic boutique hotel, newly renovated. Hotel is in a great area - so much is within walking distance. Thankfully, due to 104 temperatures, blissfully air conditioned. Included breakfast was exquisite and well worth the money!
Bathroom is a tad small and difficult to maneuver in (not uncommon in Paris)!

The staff, all of them, wonderful!!! Breakfast, fantastic! Comfortable bed, room. Loved the extra touch of the ribbon on the door, the bday balloons and treats. This is the 3rd time I've stayed at Bel Ami and will stay there again and again.

The location is perfect, close to museums, art galleries, restaurants and many more attactions, the check-in staff, the housekeeping, the concierge all are very helpful. The rooms are well decorated, clean, quite; a bit smallish but we knew it. This was my 4th time at the hotel and I will definitely return.

- Clean rooms and facilities
- The concierge service inside the hotel was truly helpful and professional – gave us great restaurant recommendations and went out of their way to assist
- Overall experience did not reflect a true 5-star standard felt more like a solid 4-star hotel
- Sound insulation in the rooms was weak
- Breakfast had limited variety, and items weren’t replenished unless specifically asked
- Staff reserved tables at breakfast, which is unusual and unnecessary in a hotel – and one female staff member was particularly rude about it, even scolding us with her finger
- Value for money was not satisfying – you can get a better experience for the same price elsewhere
