Location. Really close to St. Germain des Pres.
Noise from street, parties until 2 AM. Some mornings with no hot water. Breakfast not really worth the expense (I skipped after checking it out). The biggest issue is the front desk that did not address complaints or follow up on issues.

Amazing hotel, perfect location and super proper hotel! Great breakfast, great hospitality. Rooms are very nicely decorated and great isolation from outside noise ( double windows).
Noisy rugby supporters who slammed the doors all night :(, but it has nothing to do with the hotel. Hotel is perfect

Amazing location and lovely staff.
There was some construction on a building next store which was a bit loud but they were very accommodating and moved me to a new room.

Nice modern decor Central location in Saint Germain Very clean Nice touches like daily water and chocolate Polite staff Large well equipped room with nice toiletries and decor Comfortable bed Seperate toilet and decent sized clean and modern bathroom Daily room clean Very helpful staff. Organised a return taxi trip for us to see the Eiffel Tower at night
