Nice hotel, good location yet you can find something way better with same price
Just avoid wasting your money on the breakfast. It was by far the worst hotel breakfast I’ve experienced. The quality, variety, and overall experience were very disappointing and definitely not worth the extra cost.

Exceptional experience we had in this hotel, starting from the amazing hospitality as all of the staff treat in a very friendly way, and they really show keenness in being very helpful.
Rooms are amazing too and spacious compared to other hotels in Paris, location is unbeatable, just few steps from Champs-Élysées

The breakfast and the location is good
The bed offered at the hotel is definitely not a king-size bed; it is two separate beds joined together and fixed in place. This is clearly a misleading statement. Additionally, although there is an elevator in the building, there is no access to the floor where our room is located. With suitcases, we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. We were forced to climb three floors, first by taking an elevator and then by ascending one more floor using a narrow and non-standard staircase. This situation is unacceptable.
The room provided was converted from an attic space, is uncomfortable, and does not meet any standards of a 4-star hotel. There is a significant discrepancy between the photos and the description; this is clearly misleading the customer.
The location may be good, but this absolutely does not justify the poor standards and high price offered. The 4-star rating does not reflect reality.
We had to stay for 3 nights, but this experience is absolutely unacceptable. The booking platforms must urgently inspect this facility and especially these types of rooms. Otherwise, customers will continue to be systematically misled.

Staff was nice. Good water pressure in the showers.
It was incredibly loud. There is a nightclub across the street and several in the area. The clubs close at 4 and 5a. At that time, the parties pour out into the streets. There’s party noise from 8p-7a. If you like sleeping during these hours, don’t stay at this hotel.

The location is excellent. The staff is very helpful and always ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast was very good, and we were even able to order fried eggs prepared just the way we like them at home, which was a nice bonus.

Location. Can however be noisy on street side on weekends due to a night club accross the street.
Rooms and front office service. I reserved a Premium double room. We had to change the first room we were given which in my view was a normal double room (superior). Upon caomplaint, we were given another room but in my view it was the next category (Delux) and not a premium room since the Premium room is bigger (20m2). The cupboard was very small and had the safe and minibar inside so hardly any room for our clothes which had to stay on the table, chairs and suitcase.

The guy on the reception ( the manager ) is amazing I forgot his name but he’s more than amazing
Something happened with me as illness and I was unfortunately to cancel my stay he canceled for me without charging me and he was very polite and helpful and respectful I suggest this hotel for everyone it’s very nice and clean
