The location is excellent. Across the road from the Pompidou centre, very close to the river.
The staff were pleasant.
The hotel was quite tired. It seemed relatively clean but was old fashioned and basic.

Location was central which was very comfortable.
Staff was not helpful with ordering of a taxi. Indifferent people working there. No personal connection with their guests.

Great location with easy access to many transport options, making it simple to get around all of Paris. The room was very clean and full of character - exposed beams & deco that felt authentically Parisian rather than a generic chain‑hotel. The staff were friendly & helpful too. I’ll happily rebook next time I come through Paris.
