Everything, the concierge all employees is lovely persons and the facility loved the decorations.
I have nothing negative about the property and my stay well if I have something, I was waiting for a reservation for three months because they are always full capacity and finally I found staying in the property, I loved it.

Only a few minutes away from the river, Notre Dame, and other attractions. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

No porterage. There were a few descending stairs that are difficult to navigate for this room type. Could have had help with large bag if elderly.

Fantastic location.
They only have one crib for babies/toddlers for the entire hotel. That we appreciated, however we asked the staff for additional linen and pillows to build a floor bed; we were told to “look in the cupboard” and that’s all we were provided.
