Good location in a under-rated part of Paris, walking distance to many highlights (Louvre, Notre Dame, Quartier Latin, etc). Staff is extremely friendly and helpful; they go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is tastefully furnished. You don't go to this hotel for the views from the rooms, but to enjoy Paris, the sights, the excellent (typically Parisian) restaurants in the neighbourhood.

From booking.com I thought the room had a balcony. Also the space was smaller than expected and impacted the value proposition. Breakfast sofas look nice but are less than comfortable

The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful far beyond expectation. I've never had a guided tour even at 5 star hotels. The hotel itself was nice, the room very comfortable, and the location is great.
