The staff were brilliant, some of the nicest staff we’ve encountered in a hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the smart TV was a nice touch. The breakfast was particularly good. The location is close to main shopping areas. The room was very clean. The price was very reasonable for the area, and I would recommend the hotel for a short stay. The hotel also had a lift which seems to be a rarity in Paris. The staff were able to speak multiple languages, and having the flags of the languages they spoke on their name badges was a nice touch.
The shower room within our room was very small. The shower itself was very good with nice toiletries, but the space outside of it was very narrow which could prove difficult for a larger person. On a Saturday night we were kept awake by loud singing until 2am from a nearby bar. Noise from the corridor outside of our room was also loud, although this was occasional as it’s a small hotel. The breakfast room and hotel reception had very little airflow, making it quite stuffy during the summer. The room key very strangely had a message stating you had to leave the key at reception upon exiting the hotel, which we didn’t do as this felt unsafe. We also found during two days of our stay that a clipboard with the names of the guests and which rooms they were in was left on a sideboard next to the lift, which could be a safety and privacy issue.

The staff are amazing - from checkin to checkout and the breakfast was great with locally sourced products and super friendly and attentive staff. They’re very welcoming to families.
Rooms are smallish by North American standards but spacious for Paris and we found some of the pillows had a musty smell but that’s a minor thing.

Great location, staffs are warm and friendly. The complimentary filtered water, which come with still or sparking, is excellent.
It would be good if there is complimentary coffee machine in the room. The map shared by staff is a little too small, it will be good if highlighted main shopping and restaurants nearby the hotel.

Loved our stay! Super friendly staff, comfy hotel, and tasty breakfast you pick the day before. Great location – close to the metro and we could walk to lots of main sights
Most restaurants around the hotel close in the afternoon, but there are plenty of dinner spots within walking distance Besides that, the hotel was really fine, no complaints at all.

The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The lobby, lounge and dining area are very nicely decorated and comfortable. The room we had was a decent size for the area and our budget. All in all, a very nice place to stay and on a fairly quiet street, especially for the Opera area. I like this location as it is a short walk to many different Metro lines, with Opera being a major one. An easy walk to the Louvre area. It was a nice balance of not being the the most expensive part of town, but also not having the inconveniences of the cheaper parts of town.
The only "ding" I can think of is the couple steps to negotiate into the lobby and another couple to get into the elevator, so could be a bit awkward with a lot of luggage. I am sure the staff would help if asked, but we did not have much luggage, so we did not ask and it was a non-issue for us.
