Great location, staffs are warm and friendly. The complimentary filtered water, which come with still or sparking, is excellent.
It would be good if there is complimentary coffee machine in the room. The map shared by staff is a little too small, it will be good if highlighted main shopping and restaurants nearby the hotel.

Loved our stay! Super friendly staff, comfy hotel, and tasty breakfast you pick the day before. Great location – close to the metro and we could walk to lots of main sights
Most restaurants around the hotel close in the afternoon, but there are plenty of dinner spots within walking distance Besides that, the hotel was really fine, no complaints at all.

The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The lobby, lounge and dining area are very nicely decorated and comfortable. The room we had was a decent size for the area and our budget. All in all, a very nice place to stay and on a fairly quiet street, especially for the Opera area. I like this location as it is a short walk to many different Metro lines, with Opera being a major one. An easy walk to the Louvre area. It was a nice balance of not being the the most expensive part of town, but also not having the inconveniences of the cheaper parts of town.
The only "ding" I can think of is the couple steps to negotiate into the lobby and another couple to get into the elevator, so could be a bit awkward with a lot of luggage. I am sure the staff would help if asked, but we did not have much luggage, so we did not ask and it was a non-issue for us.

The most valuable asset of this place is the staff. The team was the most welcoming, nice, helpful and adorable one we have ever seen in hotels all over the world. Special thanks to Natalya, Quentin, Anastasiya for all their help and advices. We felt like home.
The hotel itself is very nice and cosy, beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable and big.
Everything was great. I personally was missing berries for the breakfast.

Really good location for getting to most popular spots in Paris.
Friendly, inviting staff and made us feel very welcome.
No do not disturb signs.
We were in room and housekeeping did not knock before coming in. So would be good to maybe have them for future.

Great location near to shops and restaurants, museums and sites. Friendly reception staff offering good suggestions on nearby restaurants. Room was fine for 2, space to hang clothes, desk, good sized bed. Good breakfast options and nice that it was served rather than a buffet.
Some noise from the corridor but limited.

The location is perfect: 5 min walking to Opera, 30 min walking to Louvre. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The room was small but cozy.

The hotel is more than exceptional. The location is premium, easily accessible by public transportation, very close to Gare du Nord and Gare Saint Lazare. The cleanliness and comfort of the room is impeccable. But the main point of the hotel is the service, the staff treats every guest with the highest possible standard. By far it was the best hotel experience in Paris (in a total of 10 stays in the city, all in different hotels).
The room is a bit small, could bit a little bigger. But it is nothing unusual for Paris and certainly does not diminish all the other very positive points of the hotel.
