It wasn't my first visit to Paris, but it was the best and the most wonderful, and I will definitely repeat the experience. All the staff were very kind, especially the assistant front office manager, Mr. Moez Habib. I am very grateful to him for helping us, as I made a mistake in the reservation date, but he and the staff made our stay happy. They were welcoming to my child, who enjoyed the pool, and I enjoyed pampering my feet in the spa , I will definitely book this place again and again ❤️

The hotel went out of their way to give my daughter and I a memorable stay. It was my daughters birthday and we received a complimentary upgrade. Everything was perfect from the room, the views and all the special personalised touches. We will be coming back xx
