I was so happy to choose Hotel Augustin for my holiday. It was an absolutely amazing experience! The location is great, and the entire team was incredibly helpful, always greeting you with a smile. A special thanks to Samar and Hayat, who were amazing throughout my stay. The room was clean, neat, and beautifully decorated with an amazing view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the essentials were provided, even a shoe cleaner! I was genuinely impressed with the service from check-in to check-out. This was my favorite stay in Paris, and I will definitely be coming back.

The staff was lovely and the mini bar was kept stacked. Also liked the pastry/baked items. The little seating area downstairs was the best part of the entire place in my opinion. In hindsight, being able to walk to Galleries Lafayette area was cool. Otherwise, I did not like the location at all. Felt far.
Room was very cramped, but I particularly disliked the rug. Looked very dated and dirty. They did a good job keeping the bathroom clean. Could hardly walk around the bed/open the fridge etc. Perhaps because I was solo? Please upgrade carpeting. I ubered often, had a hard time finding food...many brasseries around but slightly intimidating as a solo traveller. Maybe also offer alcohol?

From the moment I arrived for check-in SAMAR an ILIR were so friendly, welcoming and so inviting. They explained all the amenities and called me once I got to my room to make sure everything was good. This hotel is very clean! You can truly see how the staff goes out of there to make your stay enjoyable and love how each customer is treated! Highly recommend this hotel ?

Nice room. Easy to get around Paris via bus and subway. Close to a bunch of good restaurants. Friendly staff. Not super touristy area which is what we wanted.
Bathroom did not have shelves for our toothbrushes and other accessories or clothes hooks. The whole floor of the bathroom was the shower drain (not separated for shower) and some water came all the way to sink area and got our clothes wet (no hooks).

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff, nice rooms.
When we checked in there were some issue with cleanness of the bathroom after asking for the issue to be fixed staff promised to take care of it but didn’t do it (there was short hair similar to pubic hair on the bathroom ceiling, walls and bath tub)
