A bit disappointed this time round about the bedding but I am happy with everything else in general.. All is always great and I am glad to spend time at the hotel

Excellent location, room size, showers and the downstairs spa. Also, snack bar in the lobby was a big plus.
Bed mattress was too soft for me and uneven.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is fab, the staff are lovely and very helpful. The free drinks and snacks aom offer were a lovely treat. We hope to visit more of your hotels around Paris in future!
Few issues with the room cards, we had to go to reception a few times to get them redone
