Staff are wonderful, friendly, funny, kind, helpful. Massi gave me some very helpful French lessons. The tea treats are delicious, and best of all... they come out well before teatime. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean. Sufficient cupboard space for a few nights stay. I wish I was going back on my return trip to Paris.

This place is a gem! It’s super clean and has a modern, subtle design. The open snack bar was a real surprise and delight. It’s super convenient, so you don’t have to worry about buying snacks for the room. The location is great too—close to the opera, Galleries Lafayette, Place de la Concorde, and Musée s’Orsay. There are tons of bistros around for any meal or a quick afternoon drink. Plus, there are several metro stations within a few minutes’ walk. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but they’re super clean and very well equipped. And here’s a cool thing: the mini bar drinks (non-alcoholic) are completely free and restocked every day.
Not even a single thing. I only regret not having time to check out the spa and pool.
