It was conveniently located. Most of the staff were amazing.
On a one way street (which is not unusual) but if it gets backed up, as it did one day of the trip, any ubers or booked cars can’t get down the street for pick up.

Beautiful hotel: centrally located with exceptional staff. The 2pm snacks were a bonus. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh food. Loved the soft boiled egg cooker. Thank you

I left a very beloved purse and wallet in the hotel safe when we checked out. And I was devastated to discover this as we arrived at the airport about to board an international flight home. Hotel Astra’s team went above and beyond to arrange matters so my personal belongings arrived safely home.

The staff are very good -all of them
One elevator broke down for 4 days and was still not fixed the day we left. Being disabled made wait times to use long as staff and other guests used the small elevator.

Location and reception staff was very nice.
I was staying with my family. Wife and 2 boys.
I am not having breakfast and for this reason I only paid for my family.
At the end of their breakfast I had joind them for a minute and an employee asked me if I had a breakfast and I said no. And asked her to check from camera. But she did not followed me and the cost of breakfast charged to me.

We had a wonderful stay. The room and hotel overall were very clean and comfortable. Loved the lounge with 2 to 2 snacks. Location is amazing too - very convenient, central and quiet at the same time. We also got an early check in, which was so nice as we were tired from a long journey. Staff was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.
The only thing we didn't like was that our bathroom in the room was separate from the shower and sink room - but that was not a huge deal.

Very accommodating and friendly. Nice rooms and staff went the extra miles for us. The room did have a decent amount of closet space for hanging clothing. They managed to bring a coat rack from the managers office during our stay. Which solved the problem.

It was full of old world charm with all the modern amenities. The staff were always helpful. The hotel is on a very busy street, busy with bistros, shops, and pubs and within walking distance of historic central Paris. The hotel offers a 24 hour coffee and snack bar and the breakfast is exceptional.
This is difficult to answer as we were totally satisfied with the hotel. There’s really nothing to not like.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and polite. The amenities were fantastic and available throughout the day. My husband particularly enjoyed the wet sauna!
