The staff were absolutely lovely from beginning to end, we arrived earlier than expected but the staff did everything they could to get the room ready for us and accepted is early which was a god send after the flight.
I'd read some bad reviews but I'm so glad we chose this place, great location, great friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone. The hotel has some great restaurants and places to eat around it.
The rooms were a bit small but we were OK with that as we are only small ourselves but other than that everything was great. Could do with a bit more lighting in the room.

Great location. Very Good breakfast.
The rooms are very tiny, the carpets need some deep cleaning and stairs need to be renovated. But I would stay again in this hotel.
