The staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was excellent just 15 mins walk from eiffel tower and right next to a metro station. Nice cafes and restaurant around too. Bed was very comfy.

The staff on the day of arrival was warm and welcoming. She made us feel welcome. The rooms were ok and suitable. The lift kept breaking down so not so good impression. The location was adequate for all the activities we had planned. no need for taxi we could walk into most areas. Breakfast was basic English breakfast all cold dishes.

The location was excellent and the staff very friendly along with the cleanliness of the whole hotel.
The bed was too hard for us and the pillows were of the cheap polyester filled type, no duck feathers here. We came ten years ago and the decor seemed like it had not been renewed since. The bath had a large chip in the enamel and the toilet seat had no plastic/rubber inserts or slow close mechanism. Altogether a little tired all around and certainly not at the standard we experience in most hotels we stay in these days.
