First day, they didn’t prepare our room. The recepcionist gave the keys our room, we went that room and room was dirty. I called him to upstairs, he said the staff forgot clean the room. He changed our room in 15 min. After that everything perfect.

The location was great and the room was clean
The room was very small. Very little facilities (no kettle..etc) and what was unusual that i was asked to leave my room key at the reception before going out (for security reasons) which didn't make any sense to me. I refused to do so.

Property location is superb
Hotel is very hot there is no AC in the hotel only ventilators and price is high comparing that there is no AC and they charge for everything including storing baggages and washroom and the room are very tight

Absolutely tiny room with no AC, window had no mosquito net and opened to a very busy street with people smoking the whole time.

The location is fatastic. We are able to walk to the nearby sites, and easily get some yummy food, since there are lots of good resturants and cafe around. And it's also very convenient to go shopping and take the metro to get to those great scenic spots. The room is clean. The shampoo and body lotion provided by the hotel are great too. We love them.
Since it's on the street, it's noisy early in the morning. We could hear the trash truck working downstairs. And there's no AC in the room. Paris can be hot during the summer. That's two things we really find unacceptable.
