The hotel location was perfect for the event I was attending which was 7 mins walk, so that I will say was a massive positive and mostly the reason why I booked. The staff at this hotel is super helpful and the room was big enough with a comfortable bed and pillows.
There’s a few things that unfortunately didn’t make this stay perfect. First of all, the hotel is opposite a building site which by the looks of it has been going on for a while and yet to continue, this meant that at 7:50am the workers arrived and started to unload their trucks making a load of noise and shortly after the noise started and sleep was no longer possible. It’s a shame the hotel doesn’t make you aware of this specially when it’s clearly been a while.
Secondly, there was no fridge in the room which means that I had a bit of food I could not store properly and ended up having to bin it. Another thing, in this day and age, with a smart TV in the room, it’s a shame that no chromecast or apps are available limiting massively what you can watch on TV without needing to understand French. Lastly, breakfast choice was limited as well as the breakfast area space.

The staff were helpful and friendly
The room was small and dark with no mirror for hair and make-up. The toilet was rediculous so small you couldn’t stand up to pull your pants up without opening the door your knees were against the door when sitting on the loo. I’m 5’7 and know that my son at 6’4 would. It be able to use this loo with any privacy and the room would be totally unsuitable for a friend share.

Th lady at the reception- Daira- was the best we experienced on our trip in France! Extremely helpful, friendly, went out of the way to guide us so that we had a memorable trip. Always smiling and welcoming.
The property location is in the centre of everything. The room we had biked was spacious. Would highly recommend.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Really appreciated the opportunity to check in early, after long haul travel of 36 hours.

Hotel is very well located; it's very close to some train stations and easy to get to from Gare du Nord (where the Eurostar comes in to).
Lots of great and local restaurants, wine bars, and bakeries very nearby.
Area is not overly busy or touristy.
Room is snug but the size was totally fine for us.
24 hour reception was very convenient for us as we arrived very late and left very early.
Breakfast was simple and nice (though we ended up going to nearby bakeries in the morning instead)
Safe did not work in our room.
Air con seemed to stop working on one of the hottest nights we were there.
Door is see-through (not a problem but good to note).
No fridge.

The hotelstaff was very friendly, good location ( near Republique), breakfast was good ( but every day the same). Room on the 5th floor but elevator. Staff helped immediately when we had a problem. They also gave tips for dinnig, metro, ... Airco in the room.
The room wasn't so big, we missed a small table near the bed ( to put some things on for the night) , we slept on the street side and we had a lot of noise ( starting at 7.00am) from the opposite building they were renovating (this is temporary).

I love this hotel. It is small and cosy but everything you can need.
I didn't log into wifi or have the breakfast so can't speak to this.

I liked the location, next to Republique, le Marais, le Canal Saint Martin et Belleville. The rooms were tiny, but this is Paris. Beds were clean, bathroom had a good shower and provided Nuxe soap and shampoo. The hotel is located in a quiet street, which is nice after a long day of sightseeing and visiting museums. There are lots of bars, cafés and restaurants near by.
