Very clean hotel. Beds were comfortable Location was excellent with metro right on our doorstep. 2 quick trains to Stade de France. 30 min travel time.

Great location away from busy tourist areas, accessible by metros (nearest station Oberkampf is 90m away) and buses to other parts of Paris. Lots of local eateries around the area including a boulanger around the corner).
Hotel is rated 3-star, but lacked the facilities of one. Room booked was 15m2 but felt smaller with 2 occupants, 2 large suitcases and carry-on, plus other room furniture. Very tight space in the room that required coordination to move around. Limited closet space with no fridge, and no coffee/tea facilities. Other than that, room was quiet and faced the back of a building with a small garden courtyard below. Typically small hotel building with stairs to maneuver. Lift took us to our floor but we still need to climb down and then up some stairs to get to our room. This was not ideal if you have many suitcases to manage. Check-in was easy, but manned by a rude check-in staff, who seemed ready to argue with you with any minor issues. Overall, hotel is at a convenient part of Paris, with easy access to the main tourist sites by public transport. Hotel room is typical of a Parisian 3-star, small and tight for a standard room. Of course, you can pay extra to get a bigger room. Might consider staying here again, but would I put up with a rude check-in staff? Hmm....

Nice, clean hotel is a convenient location. Beds were very comfortable.
Hotel expects room key to be left at the counter every time you go out which is very inconvenient when the staff are busy with other guests or there is no one at the deck when you return. This is very old school in the days of digital keys and does nothing for the guest as there are too many people managing the desk at different hours and they dont know you. The shower was great but there is no show door so the floor gets wet so the bath mat is perpetually wet. Air conditioner must have a timer off as most mornings it had turned itself off. They have done a great job with the photos, the room we had certainly did not look like the photos in colour or size (one window rather than two and less floor space).

Clean. Location was convenient for a day in Paris. Bathroom was small but efficiently designed.
The room was tiny. Suitcase had to be placed half on the bed. The man at the front desk was a bit rude to my fellow traveller, who was asking for directions. Even though she did interrupt him while he was speaking, there was no need to berate her and refuse to continue giving her instructions.

The property itself is very good and the staff were nice and friendly.I felt very bad about the parking.I booked the hotel thinking the parking is inside the permises.Unfortunately its 450 meters away and need to book seperately for 45 for 24 hrs(which is good compared to publuc parking).But need to know beforehand when travelling especially with children.
