Perfect location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and clean. Ideal place to stay in Paris.
The only thing that I found less comfortable is the sound isolation between rooms. Sometimes we could hear conversations of the people in the room next to us.

Very nice staff, clean rooms, serviced everyday, comfortable beds. Not too far to walk in to the centre, metro Cadet the nearest metro but grands boulevards also not far. Lots of restaurants near to hotel.
Nothing not to like. A comfy chair in the room would have been nice.

Robert at reception desk was tremendous, helpful and friendly. The location was good for where we wanted to go.
The breakfast was lacking. There were no meats. The toaster should be garbaged. No variety. No fresh fruit, just canned. Could have been a better selection of bread.

Some staff members did not seemed to understand what is customer care - no extra effort but over all this was overcome by the professionalism of other staff members .

One nice staff person - an Irish guy. Also showers were nice and large
Our room was unbearably hot. After 3 complaints to the staff it was clear nothing could be down about it. The thermostat in the room did nothing, the towel heater in the bathroom could not be turned off. We suffered to sleep both nights we stayed. 0/10 would never stay at this hotel again this time of year.

Smooth check in. Nice arty decor. Comfy beds. Full package TV channels to choose from. Lots of cafés and restaurants in the area. Quiet street off the main roads
The breakfast was paltry - not a slice of ham or anything meaty. You only get coffee for the first night, after that you have to go and buy some downstairs. The aircon switches off automatically after an hour or so, so you wake up in the middle of the night sweating. The bathroom is miniscule, the door can't even open properly.

The beds were comfortable and clean, as was the room.
I didn’t appreciate the cockroach in the breakfast area right near the food in the table. Or the fact that I had to seek out staff three times to take care of it. Or the fact that after the second time, it was still there, even though the staff member swiped in the general area twice. So I’m still not sure if she just went through the motions, or there was more than one offending insect. Either way - I’m not impressed, barely ate my breakfast, and will NEVER go back to that hotel again.
