The trip was to celebrate our wedding Anniversary, also this was a the first time our daughter has been in Paris. From the first moment till the end all was incredible. The lady on reception was always smiley, friendly, helpful. Any advise, idea we asked, she was happy to help. She was born for this job <3 . We also had an amazing little surprise, some macarons in our room + a lovely card. Thank You. The breakfast room was beautiful, so luxury, same time so cosy and homey. Delicious food, friendly, helpful staff. I am dairy free (due to intolerance) and they were always helpful. Thank You. We really wish to go back one day (soon). Thank You Thank You Thank You. Oh, the afternoon cake time in the lounge is beautiful idea. :)
The only thing we did not like, that our wonderful trip came to the end.

Great location, very comfortable and clean, staff very accommodating and friendly, lovely rooms. Breakfast was very good, great selection of both cold and hot food.
The breakfast area/lounge area was visually attractive and clean but eating hot breakfast was uncomfortable and difficult due to multipurpose furniture and it was crowded and noisy when busy.
