The staff were incredibly helpful and patient! The coffee offered all the time in the lobby was really good. The location was within a good walk to most things we wanted to see on our one night layover.
Street sounds echoed in our room until 4 AM. It made it difficult for me to sleep. Also the heat was preset and was way too hot for us. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable with a great bathroom and nice big window!

This is a really great hotel! Location is just perfect, it's in walking distance from many magnificent Paris places, there are plenty restaurants and cafes around, metro and markets.
Hotel is very clean and cozy, staff is helpful, friendly, everyone speaks English.
I loved small details which makes staying much pleasant: every day renewing soft drinks at minibar for free, fast cleaning of rooms.
There is fresh and tasty breakfast.
Nothing, all was great.
Just like a suggestion. I would like to have more vegetables at breakfast.

The location is great. Very well communicated. Lots of good restaurants and shops are nearby. The lobby is very homey and likeable. The staff is super friendly. They had free soft drinks during the afternoon and at night. The mini bar is complimentary. The room and lobby bathrooms are very clean. The cleanliness overall was high. The bed was very comfortable.
Just to say something. I did not like the rug floor. Because we had a strawler we felt that the aisles were too narrow.
Other than that, just great!

Great, affordable, comfortable hotel in good location, handy to many tourist sights and staff were very helpful and friendly. Good value for money with great range breakfast buffet and generous perks of snacks and coffee and soft drinks throughout the day.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to every attraction you want to do or close to metro.
Very first night I couldnt do the very basic need: taking a shower and brushing my teeth because I am told that there was a problem in the water and I had to wait till morning. Customer service didnt even bring any alternative solution to brush teeth! The room was not fully clean and the toilet was dripping.
I am regularly visiting Paris and around that area I stayed in many hotels. I have doubts about the cleanness of the rooms and next time it wouldnt be my primary choice.

Excellent location, super close to Grands Boulevards metro station. Wonderful staff. Great fitness centre facilities. Room is small but comfortable

Great location, good breakfast, was able to store luggage until check-in, the free mini bar and snacks were a very nice and welcome touch, room decor and size was great, funky corridors!!

Great location with many restaurants in the area. Clean, good breakfast. Nice staff.
Our sink wasn't draining well, they were aware but never fixed it during the 7 days we stayed. Not a big deal but would have been nice to not have the water draining so slowly.
