Location was perfect, access to literally everything in Paris. Short walk to the iconic montmartre location and a short 20 minute metro ride to central Paris. 1 way road so no need to fight traffic while walking.
Rooms a little small and quite the walk up the hill.

It is in a great location, its very pretty and nicely looked after. Extremely tight. There isnt much except the rooms and staircases and lifts
We asked for rooms near each other and they were on the 1st and 5th floor. It made looking after the kids very difficult. After midnight anyone could still come in the door without any security. Virtually no staff.

Staff were accommodating. Also, location is perfect! The hotel is near bus and metro stations, shops, and restaurants.
Elevator was not working on the day we were checking out. Since it was early morning, there was only one staff available. We had to resort to carrying our 30kg luggages down four flight of stairs.

The location was lively. I liked having a balcony to sit out on. The receptionist were helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
The lighting was poor. There was only one electrical socket that I could use, and it was in an awkward position. It wasn't near a mirror. I was unable to see when blow drying my hair. I had to squeeze the ironing board between the bed and the window in order to plug in the iron. There wasn't much space to move around and it would have been a struggle for 2 people.

The bed and bathrooms for the family room was not as advertised in the pictures - the bed was a futon converted to a bed, and the bathroom was smaller than anticipated (specifically the shower).

The location is great!
The property did not have any air conditioning working. We needed to open the balcony doors to allow cool air in however the street noise made it difficult to sleep. Cleanliness not up to hotel standards as food from former guests found in the fridge.

This is a great hotel. The room, bed, and bedding were SO comfortable. It is a nice size room (for Paris anyway) with very nice decor. Despite the fact that my room faced the street, once you closed the windows, the room was very quiet. I like the location in Montmartre which feels a little less overrun by tourists and crowds while still having a ton of Parisian charm.
I think the carpeting in the room is looking a little old, but otherwise, the room is quite nice.
