Beautiful, tasteful design. Friendly staff!
Rooms are a bit smaller than they seem; mine had a few small problems (like a loose towel hanging bar) and a carpet stain but the staff was polite and quick in fixing the issues. While the hotel is beautiful, there are some small signs of wear. (Breakfast was nice, though simple/limited.)

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during our 12 nights in Paris. We have nothing but positive things to say as staying at this hotel made our vacation very convenient and comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially Marco who gave us good recommendations on restos and places to visit.
Our room was always clean so we commend the maintenance team for their great service.
The resto at the hotel served very good food where we once had a very nice dinner.
Location was superb as it was close to many cafes and shops. Le Grande Epicerie de Paris (gourmet grocery) is a 5-7 min walk away which will give you tons of food options for your stay as well as food to bring home.
Highly recommended hotel if you plan to visit Paris! ?

The location was excellent. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful for transportation and daily needs. Breakfast and bar were sufficient and comfortable. It was an enjoyable stay and did not have to worry about the room just our excursion.
First room was small and the large desk and chair made it difficult to move around the bed. We asked for another room and we got a slightly bigger, but much more comfortable room. It was excellent service.

The staff was lovely and very accommodating. The food in the restaurant was wonderful, bar service was delightful, and there is coffee at no charge in the morning if you use the coffee machine rather than having it prepared by staff. The location is great and within walking distance of many places. The room size was good and the bathroom was well appointed. I will stay here again.

We spent 5 nights at Des Grand Voyageurs and were very pleased with everything about our stay. The hotel is in a safe, vibrant area within a block of restaurants, patisseries, chocolatiers, and many other small shops, as well as a major metro station. The hotel itself was modern but not sterile. The room was spacious and well designed with a very comfortable bed. Of particular note, however, was the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful with any request we had and provided great follow up. For example, I asked someone at the front desk if he could reserve a table for us at a small jazz club. He tried at the time but no one answered. Either he or another person for whom he left a message later succeeded in getting through, only to be told none was available. The next day I had a message in my inbox informing me of the lack of availability. I didn’t need to follow up. They handled everything perfectly. This is only one of several examples of exemplary service we experienced at the hotel.

Location is excellent. Fairly clean.
Rooms are very small. Given the small rooms, furniture (chairs) are big and bulky and makes maneuvering in the room difficult.
Stayed before, just after new renovation. Bad shower design is causing water damage in under 2 yrs.
