Very comfortable room, nice touches like espresso machine and complimentary tea and coffee and biscuits in the room. Bed very comfortable, nice pillows, felt very clean. Nice bathroom, relatively spacious given size of the room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and communicated excellently in English. Nice to have the option to purchase from their bar late at night when returning to the hotel.
On the morning of check out, with check out at 11am, we had cleaning staff enter the room unannounced at around 8.30 in the morning. Luckily we were already dressed! Clearly something that’s an honest mistake and so not letting it impact my overall view of the hotel but it’s a bad error that should not happen.

Very Good
Good comfortable room with a bath shower which I like. Internet is good and housekeeping good, quiet in the mornings.
I've stayed here a few times but the reception staff didn't recognise that. Below the brand standards in this regard.

24h open, this accodomodation choice was a super-SOS option me.
For this price I find it rather jerky, that the staff would not let me to take away 1pc of small yogurt from the buffet breakfast,
Superior room is still small, nothing special, actually one armchair extra according to the cheapest room. Depressive view to outer walls.

The lift was out of order, so we walked up the stairs for the entire duration of our stay.
