I truly loved everything, the location, the helpful and friendly staff, and the room itself was really good and clean even though it was a bit small but this the usual for rooms in Paris.

Location is superb. Doorstep to metro, walking distance to printemps and galerie lafayette, across the road there is pharmacie, a cute librairie with a small cafe, a wellstocked franprix. Staffs are minimal but highly efficient and super helpful. The friendliest ever encountered in Europe, same level of hospitality as in Asia. The front reception gentleman named Hachem and the 2 ladies in the morning are gems. The lady got us a taxi to CDG when our uber was late and we managed to be in time to airport. The chambermaid wrote a welcome note on the notepad. The level of service and helpfulness is so gratifyingly humane. Exceptional!

The air conditioning was not working but staff changed the room
Booking.com didn’t add the right photos for the room I booked - despite that the hotel team has upgraded my room to manage my expectations to match what I assumed for bigger room - thx to them

location is prime; walking to Gar du nord
and we booked two rooms, asked for late check out for one of them on the last day which they accepted and provided easily.

The location is very good. The hotel staff were excelent, particularly the restaurant/breakfast manager. The reception staff were very helpful in several occasions. The breakfast food selection was very good.
The room shower sprayed water too far out.

Hotel is at a great location, few steps from Metro station line 8,9. There is a carrefour city nearby and lots of good food options within a few steps. This hotel gives free purified water to all occupants, was a great gesture in my opinion.
Hotel seems old, main door of one of our rooms was defective, took lot of efforts to close. Bathroom door of same room was also defective, didn't close at all. Warm water in morning peak hours is not available, was troubling in winter.

We had the superior room. It was very comfortable.
The room was facing the Main Street, and even though it was in the fifth floor, it was very noisy. We couldn’t get asleep before 01:00.
