Nothing, although the restaurant was being refurbished do it was in a temporary, smaller, location than last time we visited

The location was perfect . It wasn’t too far to walk to many attractions and the Metro was just outside the hotel entrance. The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable and pillows too. All the staff , on the front desk and in the breakfast room, were extremely helpful and friendly.
It would have been nice to have a bar and lounge area but there were many restaurants around.

The place is nothing special, it’s old and standard. Locations is very convenient if you want still close to central and within your budget. As you will be outdoors a lot with city break. Front desks reception team and breakfast team are very friendly and helpful.
Update the bathroom.

I didn't like that they only told me about the construction and noise around the room only when I arrived with no choice to change the room. Ideally they should have informed me earlier it was so noisy unbelievable terrible service there were stair to even reach the room. The guy that helped me get down my language left them at the entrance at the hotel and said he's not paid to help me take them to the taxi

Location is excellent. Very close to Galleries Lafayette and Paris Opera House. Metro station outside door. Bed was a double bed so a bit squishy but very comfortable.
Had city tax added to bill when we checked out, which was unexpected.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Went we brought an issue to the hotel staff, they immediately took action to correct it.
