I always enjoy this hotel the roofbar and the location
I have been going at least once a year and staying there . They said they didn't see my reservation or the last time I was there which was may 2025. I had a room with a balcony last year this year not such a great room and no acknowledgement of loyalty. That was sad for me.

Great staff! Great service and location. Rooftop bar is excellent. Rooms are actually pretty good size for Paris.
Please change the clear bathroom doors to more private doors.

From the beginning, the staff was incredible, especially Ejsi! She was extremely sweet and helpful every day. The luggage handler/bellman was very helpful, as well. We booked 3 Eiffel Tower View rooms with balconies and they were all lovely, exactly as described. To see the Eiffel Tower every day and night was such a treat.
Something small...The rooms are lacking storage, but we knew that when booking that the space was limited.

The location was fabulous we were able to walk to many places and the metro was very close if the distance was too far to walk . The staff were amazing/ friendly/ helpful! We had a balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower which when lit up at night felt totally magical!
The room was very tiny and there was only a very small closet . But having the balcony made the room feel more spacious

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Really smart part of Paris, good vibe, nice and busy without it being too busy. 1 minute walk to the metro (5 stops to Eurostar station) and 3 mins walk to the river. The hotel rooftop bar was a highlight (closed in bad weather), fabulous views but you will need to book. The staff are ultra professional and incredibly friendly. Breakfast is good if not a little expensive for pastries and pre prepared food at a hot station. The rooms are lovely, well equipped with Dyptique shower gel etc. Can’t think why we would stay anywhere else (our 2nd stay).
The breakfast is too expensive for pastries and a hot food station. I preferred the menu offer that we experienced last year.

The location was nice for first-time Paris visitors.
We had several hundred euros in cash stolen from our room- we suspect by the housekeeping staff. Despite immediately informing the hotel staff and spending hours on this ordeal between filing the lol ie report, explaining to multiple hotel managers what happened, and dealing with this over several days, the hotel offered us nothing in damages. Most higher end businesses would volunteer some kind of gesture of good will for the enormous inconvenience and stress of a theft - the managers at Dame des Arts didn’t offer anything. We asked for a comp’ed night on our 4 night stay or at least a refund of the amount we had been robbed - they flat out declined. Literally nothing to make up for the lost time and extremely negative experience of being robbed here. The guest relations managers Prisca and Marta were especially unhelpful- terrible customer service. Truly felt like once you book here, any negative experience you have as a guest is just too bad. Again- we literally had cash disappear from zipped up luggage within our rooms at Hotel Dames des Arts and the staff/managers here did nothing to help us.

The Views were amazing - but the decor and design choices were stunning! The doorman was especially welcoming and the staff was friendly.
Size of room was a bit tight - but space is restricted in most European hotels. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We loved everything! The location, the rooms, the staff, all of it! Our family of four stayed in the “interconnecting room” which is two separate small rooms connected by a small, private hallway. This allowed us to have two queen beds and two full bathrooms. The rooftop bar was wonderful and the staff was always willing to accommodate us. We will always stay at HDDA when visiting Paris!

Well located, great balcony, convenient to Metro 4 line and the Seine. Excellent staff. Comfortable lobby, beautiful rooftop bar. Having access to roof at any time was awesome. Loved the complimentary mini-bar and daily chocolate and chip treats left in our room.
