The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Really smart part of Paris, good vibe, nice and busy without it being too busy. 1 minute walk to the metro (5 stops to Eurostar station) and 3 mins walk to the river. The hotel rooftop bar was a highlight (closed in bad weather), fabulous views but you will need to book. The staff are ultra professional and incredibly friendly. Breakfast is good if not a little expensive for pastries and pre prepared food at a hot station. The rooms are lovely, well equipped with Dyptique shower gel etc. Can’t think why we would stay anywhere else (our 2nd stay).
The breakfast is too expensive for pastries and a hot food station. I preferred the menu offer that we experienced last year.

The location was nice for first-time Paris visitors.
We had several hundred euros in cash stolen from our room- we suspect by the housekeeping staff. Despite immediately informing the hotel staff and spending hours on this ordeal between filing the lol ie report, explaining to multiple hotel managers what happened, and dealing with this over several days, the hotel offered us nothing in damages. Most higher end businesses would volunteer some kind of gesture of good will for the enormous inconvenience and stress of a theft - the managers at Dame des Arts didn’t offer anything. We asked for a comp’ed night on our 4 night stay or at least a refund of the amount we had been robbed - they flat out declined. Literally nothing to make up for the lost time and extremely negative experience of being robbed here. The guest relations managers Prisca and Marta were especially unhelpful- terrible customer service. Truly felt like once you book here, any negative experience you have as a guest is just too bad. Again- we literally had cash disappear from zipped up luggage within our rooms at Hotel Dames des Arts and the staff/managers here did nothing to help us.

The Views were amazing - but the decor and design choices were stunning! The doorman was especially welcoming and the staff was friendly.
Size of room was a bit tight - but space is restricted in most European hotels. I would definitely return to this hotel.

We loved everything! The location, the rooms, the staff, all of it! Our family of four stayed in the “interconnecting room” which is two separate small rooms connected by a small, private hallway. This allowed us to have two queen beds and two full bathrooms. The rooftop bar was wonderful and the staff was always willing to accommodate us. We will always stay at HDDA when visiting Paris!

Well located, great balcony, convenient to Metro 4 line and the Seine. Excellent staff. Comfortable lobby, beautiful rooftop bar. Having access to roof at any time was awesome. Loved the complimentary mini-bar and daily chocolate and chip treats left in our room.

The staff was exceptional in every way. We needed a doctor, reservations, and recommendations and each staff member helped in any way they could. The views of Paris and the location are perfect if you want to have more of an urban neighborhood feel. It gets you away from the main tourist attractions but has amazing cafes and restaurants nearby.

This hotel is fantastic. The location cannot be beat for those who want to explore on foot or using the metro. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Air-conditioning worked well. Breakfast was very good. Rooftop bar at night was amazing. We lucked out and could see the Eiffel Tower from our room! Overall, excellent experience!

The concierge Erwin and his sons were so sweet and accommodating, they gave great recommendations and were so helpful! The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast and dinner were delicious! The rooftop bar was extra special at night as well. We didn’t get a chance to use the sauna or exercise room but they looked lovely as well! We brought our dogs and they brought them beds, toys and treats! It was one of the most dog friendly experiences we’ve had in France!

Location and staff were the stand out points. Loved our stay. Was comfortable and clean.
I didn’t like the choice of air freshener in the hallway of our floor. It reminded me of fish n chips.
