The location is excellent for anyone who wants to stay close to lively areas, restaurants, and shopping spots.
However, the hotel itself is very old, the rooms are extremely small, and the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell and were not clean. The most concerning issue was the lack of proper locks on the room doors. In addition, the housekeeping staff entered the room without permission despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed, which made the stay feel uncomfortable and lacking in privacy. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing, and I would not stay here again.

The shock was that there was no water in the rooms; we had to go down the corridor to get some! We had to buy water for the duration of our stay, costing €85. They don't clean the rooms daily, and if they do, they don't provide toiletries or tea. We booked an extra night through their website, but we couldn't find a reservation on Booking.com, and they wouldn't even allow us to stay in the same room for half a day. When we moved to another room, we left the handheld bidet for just a few minutes and returned to find it missing. We reported it missing, but unfortunately, the response was, "We couldn't find it." Umbrellas cost €3; they're not free! Feeling unsafe, there was a loud and forceful knocking on the door despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign. I couldn't see who it was, and it wasn't room service. I called reception to send security to see who it was. They apologized and said it was room service, but I didn't believe them; the voice was a man's, and all the room service staff were women. This is a very bad experience at this hotel.

Dirty, old, worst design, hotel not kept up , rooms are much worse than photos , absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in 40 years , last time I was in such a bad hotel was 3 years ago as I was stuck between connections, back when there was no booking.com ??
