The staff tried their best to fix a booking issue (allegedly caused by booking.com), and rescued what could have been a disastrous situation for our business trip. Its central and breakfast is pretty good by Paris standards.
On arrival, we were told our booking was cancelled (by booking.com) and the room given to someone else - meant we had to spend our first night in a lower level room and then change our room the next day. The rooms can be on the small side, and are completely open plan - means an extended stay in the rooms start to feel quite cramped mostly living out of a suitcase.

Private, I did not have to deal with other guests of hotel staff all the time
That the room had no proper closet. This is difficult for business people staying more than one night.
