The hotel and it's aesthetic was gorgeous. From the blue staircase to the blue couches, decor was perfect for our short stay. The location was perfect for us as it was right by the Metro and a ten minute walk to le tower de Eiffel. I would stay at this hotel again, not to mention how amazing the staff was.
Maybe more tasty pancakes? It was such a hit they were gone. Haha, i loved our stay from start to finish.

Super clean and friendly staff! The breakfast was delicious and the area was superb. We were a little concerned about the hotel near the train station but that did not affect the stay at all. The area is hopping with great restaurants and felt very safe!

Great location. Convenient to Eiffel Tower, situated across the street from the metro, in a lively and vibrant neighborhood. The rooms are nice and quiet. A good looking breakfast buffet is offered in the morning.
The staff was very friendly but the Housekeeping came very late in the day and left a little bit to be desired. They made the beds and emptied the trash but that was it. No vacuuming, no fresh towels, no replenishing the nespresso pods.

The location and styling were lovely. The rooms looked as advertised.
Our sink was clogged the entire stay, even after I asked them to fix it twice. I gave up. Breakfast was the same everyday, and we stayed 7 nights. I probably wouldn't get the breakfast included next time. The fruit was not great and a fruit salad everyday that was heavy on apples and grapes.

The staff was accommodating, informative and friendly. I asked for a room change and it was handled professionally and without no hesitation. Receptionist gave us recommendations for where to dine and even called one of the restaurants for us to see if there a table available at that time.

The staff was amazing. The manager from Spain was super helpful and genuinely enjoyed her job. The ladies setting up breakfast every day were so hospitable. Our cleaning staff very gracious and the young man at the front desk too! See photos with staff names.

Considering you are right in the heart of Paris and literally across the road from a well connected metro station - you will be hard pressed to find a better hotel in the city. It's beautifully maintained outside and inside - there are lots of little thoughtful touches that sets it far apart from the standard of Paris. Free lemon infused water and coffee being served all day in reception is an exceptional touch. Breakfast is very tasty, the loose leaf tea leaves were an unexpected but welcomed surprised also.
It's Paris...expect to struggle for space with big cases etc in your room.

Great location, very close to the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance of many attractions. The metro station is nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great choice for visiting Paris.
All staff were friendly and helpful. However, on our departure day, a receptionist we had not seen before asked us to wait for our luggage while assisting another guest, even though we were late for the airport and our taxi was already waiting outside. This caused unnecessary stress before our flight.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Room was very clean, had air conditioning and loved the view of the Eiffel Tower out our window!
Coming from the US, we are used to a bit larger rooms. Not a lot of storage for clothes and to put things away.
