Very Good
The location was very convenient to the Metro, which we used every day.
We also liked being in a neighborhood where real Parisians live, with not too many crowds.
St. Martin Canal was neat to walk along. Luca was a friendly and helpful host. He even mailed a car key back to us, which we accidentally left there. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. We also felt the building was very safe and secure.

We had a wonderful experience at the Great Flat. Luca was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay in Paris perfect (for example he went the extra mile in helping us get my backpack back which I had forgotten in the taxi on our arrival day) The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were all modern and clean. Everything was as good and as clean as it seemed online. And the location is perfect! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris.

Our stay at the Great Flat was truly amazing, the host Luka was extremely warm, inviting and helpful throughout our stay. This chic flat had a very convenient layout and was extremely stylish with updated and modern appliances throughout the house. The AC provided by the flat was truly a game changer and helped us beat the ever present summer heat, it helped us wind down after long days spent outside and helped us unwind. Most apartments don't provide any air conditioning so this was an extremely welcome addition that made our stay extremely pleasant. The location was also extremely convenient with most attractions being a short cab ride away, the metro was also very close and there were direct lines running to attractions which also helped us get around Paris. There were a plethora of food options and cuisines around the flat and a monoprix supermarket was just a 7 minute walk away allowing us to get everything we need very easily.Thanks once again Luca for being so helpful and making our stay so comfortable.

Very modern, new and clean apartment. Perfect location - close to the center, 3 minutes to subway station. Supermarkets and restaurants a few minutes from the apartment. Our host Luca - very freindly, helpful, reliable. We could not choose better
In hot summer we would probably miss air-conditioning.

The Great flat is really Great Flat. The owner Luca is very great, he informs us about everything, he showed us everything upon arrival, he is willing. You will not miss anything in Great flat. It is very well equipped, modern, clean. The kitchen is excellently equipped, super Italian coffee directly from the coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove... everything you need in the kitchen. The bathroom is clean, large, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer... you even have a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board... availability near the center, metro station La Republic one street. I have nothing to complain about, everything was great. I recommend and for sure, when I visit Paris again, I will only come to Luca :)

Perfect Location, Close to the Metro. The Arena around Canal St. Martin is nice. A lot of shops, Café, Restaurant, Supermarket around the corner.
The flat itself is clean, the size is good for 4 persons. Luca ist a perfect host and all the time available. He has the right recommendations available to make your stay perfect.
There are not many appartments in Paris which provides a similar comfort.
The complaints are minor. Following items should be added to make the life easier.
There should bei a little upgrade for the kitchen.
A teapot to make tea.
Bigger cups for the coffee and tea. Espresso Cups are available but to small for a tea or coffee with milk.
A small wiping cloth and dry towel ist helpful to clean the surface in the kitchen and on the table.

Very nice refurbished 2-room flat, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom incl. washing machine and drier. Modern if not too big lift. Good location for both eating out and sightseeing / walking distance to several subway stations. Parking available in a nearby garage. Surprisingly quiet. Friendly and helpful host. Ideal for romantic or family stay in Paris.

Luca, the owner was accessible any time via WhatsApp, guided and supported, and handed over and introduced apartment personally. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and all rooms in total. The excellent Italian coffee (machine) was for free - and additional supply. Luca also allowed us to keep the luggage in the flat for the final day, and delivered the luggage personally at the door to ensure we made it on time to the East Station Paris. Thx Luca. Looking fw to see you again - maybe in spring !
The apartment size is exceptionally perfect, well equipped, brand new renovated including ADW and tumbler. Perfect for 2 people and still very good for 3 people. 4 people can be a bit tight - depending on family/friendship situation. We would definitely come back soon .... during spring and/or autumn tome !
