Wonderful
The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Paris, you can walk to the Louvre in under 5 minutes. The location is surprisingly quiet, no traffic or other noise from the street. Wonderful rooms, albeit not very big. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not big, but well furnished and very nicely set up. I particularly appreciated the complimentary bottle of champagne which was waiting for me in my room. Overall, the value for money is quite good, considering the standards in Paris and comparing to other similar hotels.
The spa area is tiny and requires prior reservation during certain hours of the day.

The hotel room was gorgeous. We only stayed one night, celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel went to extra effort to make our stay really special.

The location is great, the service is excellent. I wish there was a better view from the room but no complaints otherwise. I also liked that when we were checking out, one of their staff members from Indonesia was very friendly and started speaking in Bahasa - though we both speak English, and I’m not Indonesian, it is a language that she knows I would know. Little touches like that go a long way. Also, love the welcome and farewell chocolates - fantastic!
