Wonderful
Very reasonably priced considering the location.
Clean and quaint hotel rooms.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Located in a great part off the city. Some very nice cafes, bars, and restaurants in the surrounding area. Only a 35-40 walk from the Notre Dame Cathedral.
We liked all off it.

Really nice continental breakfast
The showers were a bit out dated -a more modern Shower stall and new wall tiles would give a better look. Also tea and coffee facilities in the room would be appreciated

The room was fine.
The staff were awful. They told us the desk was 24 hours then at midnight the person on the desk told us they were closing the desk at 1am and we all had to be back by then. I tried to call and straighten it out and the person on the desk kept picking up the phone and immediately hanging it up. When I complained the next day the woman on the desk said we "should have called the manager" even though that was impossible because the guy on the desk would hang up every time we called. Our stay in Paris was definitely ruined by this experience. Would strongly advise not staying here.

Large room, confortable bathroom with bathtub, great location a few steps from Gare du Nord, extra comfy beds, bag storage, extra safe place, excellent street view thru balcony. Multilingual and kind staff,
rugs worn out, elevator was too small, the rest was amazing.

Its great value for nearby the train station. I could not find anywhere else near the station, at a decent price, with a decent rating. Staff were friendly, though I did not interact with them much. The room was a good size for me as a solo traveller for one night.
When I first arrived -late at night but in the time I said I would check in- nobody opened the door for a few minutes. Then when I went out again to get food the receptionist asked for my room key, to hand back to me when I came back. The mattress was a little hard, though I do not believe this is unique to the hotel. Parts of the room look worn and not too well put together, but to be clear this did not impact my stay, and the other points were minor issues which is why my rating isn't low.

We love the entire place, you fill like you are in a Italian palace. The bedroom was sensational, my wife feels like she was a kind of princess in there.

Basic but very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of towels and shower very good. Staff very nice and very economical. A perfect place to stay if travelling from gare de L'est.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. We had an early start and they were very accommodating to set up breakfast for us earlier than usual. Lent me an adapter when id left mine at home

It's located near two major stations as well as a metro stop making it really easy to get around
Decent sized room and friendly staff
The bag drop is also a welcome addition as we could leave our bags after checking out to see more of the city before we left
