Exceptional staff: reception, housekeeping, and breakfast room. Very helpful, polite, professional, and friendly.
Excellent location. A short walk to the Metro, to the Louvre, and to many bistros, cafés, restaurants, and small shops.

We first stayed at this hotel 20 years ago at the start of our honeymoon and decided to stay there again on our recent trip to Paris. (September 13th to 18th). The hotel is excellent. The staff are pleasant helpful and really accommodating. They're knowledgeable about the best routes/ ways to get around the city either by metro or walking. Nothing is too much trouble for them. There is a good variety of food for breakfast. Would definately stay there on subsequent trips to Patis. The location is excellent. I would give this hotel 10/10

The room was spacious and comfortable. Charming and cosy, styled with a subtle historic touch. Needs some tony repair: door handle shakes a bit, light in bathroom needs a bit of work. Yet it’s the best combo of price and comfort. No bathrobes, so will take one point off.
Staff is friendly, cleaning is OK, location is perfect.
Street was partially closed due to roadworks, so it took crazy long time for taxi to get to hotel. That’s not a hotel problem, but caused some difficulties for luggage transportation.

The location and the staff, it is a typically Parisian hotel, with an elevator. There are many Asian restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel’s location was convenient, close to major tourist attractions. However, my expectations for a four-star hotel were higher. Based on my experience, it felt more like a three-star property rather than four.

Very central location close to all the good food places and landmarks, nice decor and toiletries. Bed comfortable.
Didn’t know there was work being done on building next door so it was annoying to be woken up at 7 in the morning with very loud bangs and drills, for a thousand euros, kinda expected to sleep till whenever I wanted to wake up.
