Want to commend the front desk staff. Particularly the staff on the night we arrived. Ms. Vidhi Raval went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The location was great close to lots of restaurants and shops and easy access to the metro.
The bathtub was extremely slippery so needs to have a slipmat or a handrail in order to get in and out. The glass needs to extend out further so that when taking a shower you are not concerned with water hitting the floor.

Our stay at Lia Hotel Paris was absolutely perfect. Honestly, it deserves 20 out of 10!
The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and completely spotless. You can really feel the attention to detail and cleanliness from the moment you walk in. Everything was well-prepared and thoughtfully arranged.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay special — and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more memorable. That level of hospitality is rare and truly appreciated.
The location is unbeatable. Everything is within walking distance — restaurants, cafés, shopping, and major attractions. It made exploring Paris so easy and enjoyable.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Convenient location near tho every important attraction in Paris. Surrounded by restaurants, shops and cafes. The hotel has the most friendly and helpful staff. The tea service was a high point!
During high season it could be crowded around . The rooms are not as spacious as they look in the pictures. The beds and pillows are not comfortable as they should be. Also the cleaning needs to be improved.

We stayed at a Deluxe room which had a bit of Eiffel tower view, the room was larger than average (and had some cupboard space). Breakfast was good, with omelets made to order, and a selection of cereals/cold cuts/yogurts/fresh juice/pastries. The hotel has tea-time between 2 - 4 PM when they serve complimentary teas/coffees/some little deserts. On one evening there was some technical issue with water equipment, because of which the hot water was not very hot, but the hotel staff informed of that in advance, and they did not charge us for the minibar consumption at checkout, to compensate for the inconvenience, which was a very nice gesture.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, perfectly located in the city center yet in a fairly quiet area. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. Room was small with a large comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.. Breakfast was excellent!

Extremely comfortable room. Quiet! Blackout curtains made it so easy to sleep. Bed was a dream. Shower was so relaxing with a large rainfall shower head and plenty of hot water. The staff was professional, gracious and they helped us with all our questions. The breakfast was delicious as there was something for everyone. Avocado, fresh bread, delicious selection of French cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, yogurt…I highly recommend this hotel and we will stay here again.

Centrally located. Close to everything you want to see in Paris. The staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful throughout the entire course of our stay. The rooms were very small, but impeccably clean and nicely decorated. Bathroom shower was fantastic and it was equipped with all the amenities that you need. Again, cannot overemphasize how friendly and courteous the staff was. Would stay here again in a heartbeat on my next trip to Paris.

After our horrible stay at the previous booking, this was such a breath of fresh away. It is really a hidden gem. Just a short 7-8 minute walk from champs elysees and noise. We had interconnecting rooms and they were a great size.
There was a little renovation going on in the dining area which kind of put us off a little. The lift is very small so we needed turns to go up our room with luggage but nothing major
