Good location.
For the first 2 nights, the room i had did not have functional air conditioning and was very small and very dated. It was impossible to sleep with the heat plus the bathroom had a dangerously broken shower screen. After my complaints, I was thankfully moved to a more recently renovated room with functional AC and more space. Furthermore, the hotel lobby was under significant reconstruction and had no space. For EUR 500 per night it was an outrageous price for such quality, even with what I know are the constraints of Parisian hotels.

The only good thing for this hotel is the location. It is really good.
There was a big construction going on next to the lobby with loud noise. We even had difficulity talking with reception from the noise. Also there are 6 floors and 10 rooms on every floor. That makes 60 rooms at least and you get one elevator with max 1 person. Me and my wife with a baby stroller cannot get inside so i used it with a baby stroller and they waited next turn. Also you have to wait about 5-10 minutes to get an empty elevator. One more thing is no matter what you cannot get warm air from AC. So the only thing you can use is radiator inside the room. And guess what they close it in the morning and at night. We had to take out our baby from her crib to our bed 4 in the morning because it was cold. And also you get cold weather from windows even they are closed! You also hear to much noise from windows day and night. You even hear people talking in the street. No good insulation. No socket in the Bathroom. Only toilet paper and liquid soap nothing else. No cattle, no slippers. Not working safe case.

2 star not more, very small rooms & shower, very little room by reception. Taxi driver was not happy to drive us to the train station, sounds like it's a waste of time for him.

Excellent location just down the street from Galleria La Fayette and around the corner from Opéra Garnier. Short walk to the underground and the direct bus to the airport. Safe area, staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.
AC leaked water in the room on the last day. I assumed they fixed it.

Very convenient hotel for airport transfer bus. Good area for shopping and eating. There was a small supermarket 2 units away for buying water, fruit etc. Metro around the corner. The room was well equipped and quiet, apart from the lift noise occasionally.
No proper window. Awkward step up to lift on ground floor … a trip hazard, especially with suitcase.
