Exceptional
The hotel and room are perfectly located, next to shops, cafes, bus stops and metro stops. The place is very clean and surprisingly quiet for being located so close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bonus: the bedrooms have a/c, a huge plus during a heat wave in Paris.

The bed was comfy, it was nice and quiet and the staff were friendly.
The room was dirty - with streaks running down the wall behind the Bed. The lift was broken and my room was on the 5th floor! Breakfast was 20mins late so we had to go without.

Close to Gare du Nord and Poissonnière Metro station yet tucked away on a quiet side street. Wonderfully quiet evenings. The room was large with ample space for luggage and storage.
The bathroom was frosted glass which if you were traveling with someone you were not fully comfortable with, could lead to awkward situations.

Staff always friendly and helpful
The bathroom sliding door. It didn’t meet at either side, no privacy when using the toilet. Glass cracked on external bathroom unit.

Wonderful
The room was large (for central Paris) and well-organized. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is great for Gare du Nord. There are quite a few food options around, including restaurants and bakeries. The metro station is also nearby and the neighbourhood looks safe.
Lack of proper door to the bathroom might make it uncomfortable for more than one person in the room. The shower door was very squeaky. I wish there was a kettle in the room.

Very clean and good looking hotel. The room was really quiet. I liked it!
The toilet was right in the room with glass door. I was with my mom and it felt awkward. Also there was not a teapot in the room, we went to the reception for hot water.

It was clean and the bed was comfy, it had big bath towels which was great! the shower gels and moisturisers attached to the wall were nice ones.
When we first arrived we had to wait outside for 5 minutes for the receptionist to finish her smoke break. The bathroom was small, like very small & the bathroom door is barely a door, it’s a sliding one with no lock and massive gaps between. There is a big gap under the main door into the hallway which lets a lot of light in which isn’t pleasant when trying to sleep. the fridge wasn’t plugged in and after plugging it in ourselves it seemed to not be working anyway!
