Proximity to the central of the city, walk away from Gare du Nord, quiet street (no noise at night). Great value for the money that they offer. Very nice, warm and helpful staff. Great for a weekend getaway if you are spending most of the time outdoors.
The bathroom is a glass-walled and doored and took a bit time to get used to.

The weird smell in the room. It smelled like dirty wet towels or like a dirty mop was used to clean the floors. The stench stayed through the 2 nights I was there.

The bed was comfortable.
The location is far from the city centre, the air conditioning barely worked, our room was extremely hot even with it on. We asked for a fan from reception and that barely helped cool the room down. The bathroom was small with no ventilation. The shower drain kept blocking. There are no amenities in the room.

The hotel and room are perfectly located, next to shops, cafes, bus stops and metro stops. The place is very clean and surprisingly quiet for being located so close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bonus: the bedrooms have a/c, a huge plus during a heat wave in Paris.

Close to Gare du Nord and Poissonnière Metro station yet tucked away on a quiet side street. Wonderfully quiet evenings. The room was large with ample space for luggage and storage.
The bathroom was frosted glass which if you were traveling with someone you were not fully comfortable with, could lead to awkward situations.

I missed my train from Paris to Amsterdam and ended up staying at Exe Panorama Hotel. It’s conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Gare du Nord station. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They even held my luggage at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m satisfied with the value for the price—great quality for a reasonable cost. Would definitely consider staying again.

Bed was comfortable. Day reception staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Close to gare du nord.
Very expensive stay. Very basic facilities. 1 star in my opinion in term of facilities. No iron, no coffee machine, in room. Bathroom door frosted glass which was inconvenient as you could see when someone was using it. Some lamps were broken or not working, towels weren't changed and bathroom wasn't clean. No toilet brush either. Night shift receptionist very rude on our check out at 6:30am on the 20th of April. We paid for breakfast in advance and Receptionist started getting cross with us because we had opened the box of breakfast which was prepared with a few items but they were all cold, we were hoping for warm croissants/pain au chocolate. We had agreed that we were meant to select breakfast at 6:30. But had no choice.
For the amount of money paid for 2 nights, we got just a bed and sofa bed. Breakfast was OK on the 1st morning, but very basic offering also. Defenitly not a 3 star. Room for improvement - room facilities and night shift staff. Very disappointed.
