In 16th Arrond was where we wanted to be. Easy access to metro. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Individual A/C if needed. Reception staff v friendly & helpful.
Like many Parisien hotels sqm/ is low ie rooms are small. But, if its a base to see the city its fine. Choices @breakfast could be improved and staff there could be more helpful/interested.

1. The location is perfect - close to 2 subway stations and to Trocadero square. 2. The breakfast was pretty good. 3. The staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the girl who worked at the breakfast! 4. The bed was comfortable. 5. The room was cleaned properly every day.
1. The hotel needs a renovation and a maintenance: peeling paint on the walls, mold in the bathroom on tile seams, clogged drain in the bathroom. 2. No sound insulation. Very thin walls, we were able to hear everything that happened above and also loud noises from the switch box near the door. 3. Lack of sockets - only two of them for the entire room and one of these two didnt work properly.

Wonderful
Well decorated, pleasing soft colors made it feel like home. Breakfast included was very filling and had tasty options. The staff was extraordinarily nice and accommodating.
The toilet creaked like it was going to fall off the wall. Despite air conditioning, found room warm and bed warmer.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable
Staff didnt do what they promised. They told me I could move rooms and then a different clerk said he had not been told this. The bathroom was mouldy and the lift was tiny

Very nice location close to Eiffel Tower and public transport. Nice restaurants and cafes near it. Carrefour shop is 1 min walk. Decent rooms. Breakfast was okay.

Small downtown Paris hotel where we needed to be. Inner courtyard room made it very quiet along with comfortable bed and clean linen - made for perfect stay.
As with all Parisien hotels the room & bathroom were small. No real lobby area and breakfast room is very tight and in the basement. There was a broken tile in our bathroom.

The location was excellent, the bed and pillows in the room were really comfortable. Breakfast was nice and cosy, choices were a bit limited but it was fine for two days.
The rooms are very small (probably expected for Paris) but really not worth the price paid per night. Our room was never cleaned on the first day, when we told the receptionist when we checked out, she couldnt be bothered. She was on her personal phone all the time, not even bothered about the guests.
