Great location. Great hotel. Room was nice. Nice breakfasts. Staff were brilliant, always friendly and happy to help. Customer service pre-stay was very attentive and responsive, always extremely helpful and wanting to make our stay as good as possible

Wonderful stay in Paris. The hotel is beautiful, so well designed and managed by the most friendly staff. It feels very safe and perfect for a girls trip to the city! Room was beautiful and bathroom had all the necessities you could want.

Excellent location. Staff were always on hand - there were some lovely touches including free fruit, pastries and hot fruit punch to warm you up on colder days! Room was on the cosy side but that’s to be expected in central Paris. Overall an excellent hotel which we would 100% recommend to friends.
