One off the staffs was on duty on10 May 2024 afternoon not cooperating and behave badly, we feel like slave, but rest of the team was good.
The elevator does not working usually.
Breakfast need to improve
When they ask extra to upgrade the room, they should give a good view to the client .

The breakfast was sufficient and loved the fact that we were so close to everything in town. Hotel was very clean. The only issue was that the elevator was not working properly and we had heavy suitcases so we were lucky that we were only on the first floor as we had to take the stairs.

For me, this is first time I thought of writing some words maybe it could rescue someone who is paying so much effort not only from moneywise, but from his time and attention to prepare for a visit to Paris, regardless that Paris very disappointing and the people there very disappointing and very rude and they are living in other word The hotel is very bad specially, the owner of the hotel he is the one on the reception. He is an Arab old man who is having a psychopathic dieresis just enough when I tell you that when you have to go out for a walk in the neighborhood anytime you are going out you are must leave your room card with him, and the reason was that you want to check every card that its been with the customer I mean this is the reason but he wants have a sense of control of people with the colors or people coming from third word countries the guy is watching algareeta channel under the reception and receiving his guests With the bad impression and bad attitude I have experience with him very strange situation where you are not authorized to receive visitors in your room. He must go in the details and judge anyone who enters the hotel just because he is a sick man I bet for a long stay there 4 figures and when I had the situation with him, I couldnt handle it sometimes I wanna laugh and other time. I just want to tell him and give him a lecturer in the hospitality business which seems like he knows nothing about it anyway this hotel and hotels around this hotels is suffering from the mindset that people coming to Paris as a holy visit and they are kissing every inch of the streets of Paris just like they are living in havens and they are from Atlantis. I mean and your grandfather is too you will be seeing by the locals that you see them as guards, and they are the best in the world
The hotel is a nightmare, regardless the location which is might catch the attention of the browser, the hotel, and the owner of the hotel. They are very fed up and racist. They treat people in a very bad manners specially who are come from Western region or Middle East the guy which is the owner, hes racist even though he is Syrian. He tried to take off my rights as a guest of going out and come back whenever I want he insist that he take my card when I go out. I am very well known user with Booking.com and my rates good I always book with Booking.com, but last time I started to realize that the man has appeared and the hotels in Paris has become the truly disaster and evil hotels. I assure you, you can go and try one night and if Im I am not telling you what is the case then you can judge me

Good location near the champs elysees
Not worth the money - wallpaper falling off the walls, broken light switches, bad finishing on the paintwork just looked shabby. The lift doesnt go up to the 5th floor, only a steep staircase which was hard work carrying my luggage up.
