The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We received a great recommendation for dinner on our first night from the front desk, and couldn't have been happier. The location of the hotel relative the the Eiffel Tower is impossible to beat. It is within a couple hundred meters of one of the best views of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. It is very close to a metro station which makes travel throughout Paris a breeze, although we did spend most of our time walking everywhere. We did use the restaurant for breakfast one morning. The restaurant is small and cozy, but the offering of food great. There is a nice selection of juices, breads, cereals, meats, and cheeses for breakfast. This also includes some hot items to choose from in this buffet style breakfast. The rooms are on the small side, but they are not lacking any amenities. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is equally so. We spent most of our days out-and-about in the city, so the room did not need to be large. It just needed to be a comfortable place to come back to after a long day, which it certainly was. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you will be spending any time in the area around the Eiffel Tower.

Staff is good, the breakfast was good and the rooms were cleaned properly.
The bed mattress was clearly overused and had a lot of sagging spots on both sides, that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. Both me and my partner were unable to sleep properly the complete stay.
The toilet was also crooked a bit.

The location was great. The staff was fantastic! Our room was very small, and the air conditioning made a high sound that was not good. But otherwise, the experience was good.

The location is what I was looking for
I requested a shower on emails due to disabilities . While I understand all requests can’t be met. I have mobility issues and requested this months ago. Upon arrival was informed those rooms were already taken. So trying to use the tub and hand shower was very difficult . Also. All furniture , baseboards, all of it was chipped and worn paint and only a table lamp. The only reason they can charge this rate is for the location. Horrible

It was so much more than We expected. Loved the location - steps from the Eiffel Tower. Loved the smallness, the 24/7 staff, the thoughtful touches throughout, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. I highly recommend this hotel. I am not a paid reviewer - just so happy with this hotel experience, absolutely delighted with everything!
The only thing of concern is the size of the shower. It was fine for me and quite nice with a rain shower above and multiple streaming body wash heads - but larger people might find it difficult to shower.

The staff was very friendly. the room was clean. location was nice. Fair price.
Our hairdryer was not working. There was alot of noise in the morning from what seemed like construction in the room above us. When ordering s drink from the bar in the lobby, the receptionist was unfamiliar with how to make the drinks.

The property showing that its on Eiffel view but actually its not the only view you can see is the top of the tower
The bathroom is very narrow, I was not able to open and close the door easily
The room is very narrow and was smell bad

Wagner at the front desk was very helpful and understanding of all of our requests. He was a great person at the hotel.
We enjoyed the room, though it had some areas of new paint on our arrival. Very strong paint smell. Great view of the tower from the room.
The food was also very good, as we ate several times during our stay.
The WiFi was out for much of our week long stay.
The room had some significant areas of new paint, which were just completed prior to our arrival. Very strong smell.
We had to go to the desk to have the house keeping staff address our room. We only asked for it once during our week there.

This is a very quaint and intimate property with attentive staff. It is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and surrounding attractions, as well as the local and less congested shopping area, where you can people-watch at one of the many cafes.
We stayed in their signature room, the Eiffel Suite, as pictured, with a stunning view of the Tower. The room is very spacious and well appointed, but it only offers one USB charging station, so be sure to bring charging EU outlets if you want to charge your device at the bedside.

I loved how it was about a 7 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower!!!! our room also had a view of the Eiffel Tower, and that made it more special! I loved the old looking culture of the bedrooms, and the breakfast in the mornings was wonderful. Had a nice variety.! And anytime we need a car they would call a taxi for us and it was there within 10 minutes. Everything was extremely clean and they had champagne waiting for us in our room with macaroons for our 10 year anniversary. What a special treat.! I highly recommend this hotel. It was the perfect location and the perfect atmosphere. We plan to come back and stay at the same hotel.! ?
I thought that the elevator was a bit small, but still doable!
