The hotel is very close to the Eiffel Tower. It was very clean and a friendly environment. Matt was very helpful with everything we needed. He went out of his way for our family.

We loved our stay at the Eiffel Trocadéro. It’s our second visit. The location is fabulous and it’s fun to see the lit up Eiffel Tower out our window. The bed was comfortable and the linens are nice. The staff are kind and very helpful. Nice variety of shops nearby. We strongly recommend this hotel.

We picked this hotel for the view of the Eiffel Tower and the view was as advertised!
The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Unfortunately, we had to depart before breakfast so can’t comment about that.

The location was perfect. 5 min walk from the Eiffel Tower , Carrete , Bakeries and everything else. The staff were so friendly , so communicative , so helpful i feel amazing trying this hotel for my first time in Paris. The room was very clean , the bathroom also and everyday you had fresh towels , water , clean floor and a mini bar (with charge). An Smart TV that you can watch your film from your phone , electrical door key and everything else. Facilites were 10/10. The elevator and the bar at the hotel was super cool.

The staff is very kind and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The metro is only a few feet from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend!

This was the second time I had stayed here in the past year. Like the location with great restaurants nearby and you can walk to the Eiffel Tower. It's a small quiet hotel. Rooms are a nice size and have been beautifully renovated. I had a view of the Tower last time, not this time. We stayed at 5 different hotels while traveling through France and Switzerland. The staff at this hotel was the nicest and most helpful of anywhere that we stayed. Ewa (hope I got the right) was outstanding. All of the staff gave us correct and helpful information, made other reservations or got tickets for us, and never seemed hurried or bothered by our questions. Pillows were very comfy and beds were full size (not 2 twins pushed together). Room controls were easy to use. Jacuzzi tub. Had a stocked fridge and a desk. Windows would open if you wanted fresh air. And the restaurant at the bottom of the hill had the best spaghetti with meat sauce that I've ever tasted. And the hop on/hop off tour bus picks up and drops off within walking distance (5 minutes) so you can save a lot of money by not having to use taxis to get around the city. I would stay here again.
Can't think of a thing. Very happy with this hotel.

I loved how it was about a 7 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower!!!! our room also had a view of the Eiffel Tower, and that made it more special! I loved the old looking culture of the bedrooms, and the breakfast in the mornings was wonderful. Had a nice variety.! And anytime we need a car they would call a taxi for us and it was there within 10 minutes. Everything was extremely clean and they had champagne waiting for us in our room with macaroons for our 10 year anniversary. What a special treat.! I highly recommend this hotel. It was the perfect location and the perfect atmosphere. We plan to come back and stay at the same hotel.! ?
I thought that the elevator was a bit small, but still doable!
