Above all I liked the staff, they were truly the best that I've met in Paris! The room was clean and well decorated, the breakfast was very good. Location is great too, very close to everything. I would definitely go back to Edouard in my next trip.

Excellent location (right next to the opera, metro Pyramides, view on Avenue de l’Opera). Super kind and professional staff. Very spacious room (especially for central Paris standards) and all amenities were top notch.

The location, staff, the room itself were all first class
Only one thing- it was difficult to make a cup of tea! there was only one socket in the living room shared between lamp, kettle and coffee maker. The flex on the kettle was very short and it was hard to securely plug it in. Not a problem for non- tea drinkers!

The location is super. Very near to the Opera house and Galerie Lafayette. You can also walk to Louvre, Musée D’Orsay in 25 min. A beautiful building full of character. Rooms are a decent enough size (it is Paris) and beautiful. Breakfast was very good, if a little expensive. It was great that there was a fridge, coffee machine and kettle for tea. Would stay here again.
