The staff was excellent. I had an issue and they resolved it promptly.
It is a nice hotel but the finishes and decor does not match the price. Other hotels in the area had more luxurious rooms for less.

Location, location, location. Jardin des Tuileries just around the corner. Walking distance to Du Louvre, Notre Dame, Place de Concord and Place Vendôme. Lovely and clean. Very friendly staff.
No restaurant or bar. They would serve you a drink in the lounge no problem. Also brought drinks up to our room. Breakfast cooked food was tepid. They would microwave your plate if you asked.

The location is exceptional. Very close to metro station, beautiful park right across street and other major sights within walking distance. Also there is a great little crepe restaurant very close by.

The property was located in a great area basically at the hub of all tourist locations. The metro station was very close so it was easy to commute. Very clean facilities and friendly staff
The elevators were super slow and stopped at nearly every level before getting to yours. For the price point, I found the room to be quite small. There were other options in that same area offering the same amenities for a cheaper price. The “city” view was also just an up close look of neighboring walls rather than the city itself. Rooms located lower should not be labeled with “city” view
