Exceptional
The location was absolutely great - very nice quartier and in walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Also, the staff was really friendly and our dog was warmly welcomed too. We had booked the deluxe double room to have enough space for us plus our dog and luggage, which was indeed very helpful.

It was a lovely hotel and easy to find. Staff were extremely helpful and made a real effort to assist. Location is quiet and away from the really touristy parts of the city. A really nice surprise was the Stohrer pâtisserie around the corner. Loved being able to open my window.
Rooms were small but I went in with my eyes open. I had everything I needed.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They secured taxi rides for us and recommended local restaurants.
The size of our room would best be described as a jail cell. There was very little little room to move around and absolutely no room to open our larger suitcases.

The rooms are pretty small so it was quite tight with large luggage items etc.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout. The beds /pillows were so comfy and the hotel's bathroom products are really nice. The location is perfect for walking to key spots in Paris, or staying local you have lots of options for food & drink and the metro nearby. Great to have dairy free milk available for coffee, I've struggled with getting that at other places
water from the shower seemed to run out a lot on the floor, the room is a very small space for 2 but I love this chain of hotels and always stay with them, good value for money and the staff are great.

Bed against wall u have to scramble to the bottom to exit. Most hotel rooms are small but the bed situation was poor and the getting in and out of the shower is v tight. U need to be slim!!!

I loved the fact that the hotel is at a busy area but is between a street where there's not much noise, is quiet and pretty! But right at the corner there are restaurants, shops, butcher shops, bakeries, etc. Is such a beautiful neighborhood.
When I checked in the young man who was at the front desk was beyond nice! I loved the fact that they have a fresh cake and water everyday at the reception for all guests to eat.
When I went into my room I found it so cozy, and cute! I stayed at one of their "small" bedrooms but I plenty of room for my luggage without tripping over it.
The body and face wash, and also the body lotion were so good! They have such a good smell.
On the comfort side, I loved the mattress! It was comfortable, not to stiff like a table nor to old that you feel the metal of the mattress, it was just the right bounciness.
Also, the breakfast is really good! If you're an American probably will look small but I promise you, is delicious and plenty!
This has nothing to do with the hotel but, other guests were a bit loud on the Saturday night I arrived. I got woken up 3 times by drunk guests.

Excellent hotel with pleasant, responsive, and friendly staff. Clean, cozy, and quiet, located in a peaceful area.
In the morning, you can enjoy breakfast with fresh croissants. There is always a freshly baked homemade cake at the reception, and everyone is welcome to take a piece.
You can order food or bring your own to eat at the hotel.
We traveled with a child, and the staff was particularly kind to him, especially a lady named Pamela. She kindly offered to warm up baby food and provided children’s cutlery and a high chair.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the metro and bus stops.
In short, if you are looking for a cozy, affordable hotel within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, we highly recommend it.
