The location and the lack of noise are the best assets.
Breakfast is quite weak and the rooms are very very small. We had difficulties fitting 2 bags. We had problems with the TV and the air conditioning

The location is excellent. Right in the city center, by the Opera, it was easy to get around both by walking and public transportation. The room was small which is typical for Paris so no surprises there, but clean and tidy.
Nothing was bad, honestly. The only feedback I would have is to add more toilet paper in the bathroom.

Room space very big and functional very comfort for people with for 2-3 luggages, Bathtub very comfortable, be able to access many attractions by walk. 5mins walk for Metro station.
