The room was very small but exactly as stated on the booking.com website. The breakfast is really excellent, the location is fantastic. The street where the hotel is located is very quiet and the noise did not bother us. The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean and fragrant. The bathroom was really great, large and spacious, with a bathtub instead of a shower.
We got a room with a view of the courtyard - a view of nothing, without enough natural light. The minimum we expected in a Parisian hotel room was a French window - unfortunately none of that. We should have chosen a slightly better (more expensive) room.

My best friend and I stayed in a queen bedroom here. The room was spacious enough for both of us; we were only there in the mornings and evenings to sleep. The location is amazing, walkable to many main attractions and sightseeing spots. We walked everywhere our first 2 days, but then Ubered/taxi'ed the next to around town to save time. The space was clean, and the staff was very friendly and spoke English. We were able to drop off our luggage when we arrived early in the morning, then go out and explore until our room was ready.
We stayed on the second floor, facing the street. BE AWARE that there are four bars located on the ground level of the hotel, next door, and across the street, and they get very loud. Lines of people waiting to get in and smoking outside. There was also construction starting early in the morning on the street, and our neighbors above us were very loud, stomping around their room. Ask for a non-street-facing room. The TV didn't have many apps to watch shows or other content. It offered the option to cast our phone apps to the TV, but that didn't work; the only app we could use to watch anything was YouTube, not YouTube TV.

Some nights it was noisy due to bars on the same street. specially on the weekends, but it wasn't bad i would book again.

The location and the lack of noise are the best assets.
Breakfast is quite weak and the rooms are very very small. We had difficulties fitting 2 bags. We had problems with the TV and the air conditioning

The location is excellent. Right in the city center, by the Opera, it was easy to get around both by walking and public transportation.
The room was small which is typical for Paris so no surprises there, but clean and tidy.
Nothing was bad, honestly. The only feedback I would have is to add more toilet paper in the bathroom.

Room space very big and functional very comfort for people with for 2-3 luggages, Bathtub very comfortable, be able to access many attractions by walk. 5mins walk for Metro station.

Best bathroom I've seen in a hotel, in this area for approx this price.
Breakfast was okay - would have liked to see more food allergy labels.
Very cool open staircase, but, that means you hear people yelling / coming and going all through the night.
