Excellent accomodation. Excellent air con when outside was 38 degrees
Location was superb whilst the hotel was in a quiet side road

The location is perfect. It's near a main metro station and very walkable with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Neighborhood felt safe, with lots of tourists. The room was comfortable and bigger than I expected, and breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The only thing was the towels. They were not 100 % cotton but a blend. Usually even cheap hotels have very absorbent towels. But still lived every thing.

The staff is nice and friendly. I had been in Paris many times and some weird staff at other places. The breakfast menu is good and tasty. The location is fairly close to the Seine where all the main attractions are.
The room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon. Usually the rooms get ready before people's check-in times but there were couple days that my room wasn't cleaned after I came back from my one-day tours. The towels were little damp. But it wasn't stinky or anything like that. Just need little more attention to the details of the room.
