Close to the metro station , however far from the touristic area , not walking distance .

Inconvenient shower with the bathtub and very light walls - you will hear your neighbors if they are loud

Good quiet and safe location, with several metro and bus options within a 5 minute walk. Simple but satisfying breakfast, well-presented and carefully maintained. Staff are all lovely! Very chic decor!

The staffs were excellent guiding us around Paris. When we asked how to avoid the many stairs with luggages in hands when heading for airport, one staff suggested using line 5 transition to RER B at station X to airport. Her suggestion was brilliant for the old couple, 10 times easier than using line 6 which google map suggested when we head in, even she never used the path before.
The toilet room is separated from sink. The bathroom is clogged for some reason. It would be nicer having a water boiler.

It was ok. Ground floor design was good.
The property displays photos of rooms that no longer exist, as they have recently been redesigned. When we made the booking, we were not informed about the renovation works. I am allergic to paint, and the strong smell made it impossible for me to sleep with the windows closed, so I had to keep them open throughout the nights so I got ill. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be returning to this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a wonderful and well-appointed boutique hotel. While rooms are small (it's Paris after all), the hotel room is well-furnished with a comfortable lounge area to work and hang out in. Good location convenient to 3 metro lines and nearby cafes and restaurants to explore. Staff are all wonderful and took good care of us!

Location
Construction work was noisy on some days and blocked the stairs but elevator did not have enough capacity. No rebate was offered in compensation.
Good choice of drinks and food which however was not available on some evenings.
